ANNOUNCEMENT: The Army’s Program Executive Office C3T and Network Cross-Functional Team will host a network-related technical exchange meeting (TEM) on December 10-11, 2024, at the Savannah Georgia Convention Center. The network is the Army’s number one transformation priority, enabling command and control (C2). TEM 13 will build upon previous TEMs with technical discussion, operational feedback, and strategic government/industry sessions. To support these goals, TEM 13 will provide sessions centered around topic areas including, but not limited to:

Next Generation Command and Control Priority Enterprise Capabilities for a Unified Network Enabling Tactical Effects Supporting Commanders with Predictive Capabilities As an “odd” numbered TEM, TEM 13 will be structured to inform industry’s research and development efforts to align with Army priorities. Potential business opportunities will be discussed throughout the event, and 1-on-1 sessions will be offered through a registration process.

Additionally, starting with TEM 13, the Army will be partnering with the University of Texas System to introduce an Academic Track. The goal of this track is to better connect the basic and applied research being conducted in academia to farther-future topics of interest to the Army. It is also an opportunity to help industrial partners and university researchers make connections for future collaborative efforts.

Registration is required for this event whether you are participating in-person or virtually.

ATTENDANCE:

FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE:

Attire: Military – Duty Uniform; Civilian – Business Casual. The in-person event will be held at the Savannah Georgia Convention Center, on Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 11, 2024. There is no dedicated block of hotel rooms at this property. The cost per ticket to attend in person is $300. In-person registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2024 OR when capacity is met (whichever happens first).

FOR VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE (no cost): The government will provide a MS Teams Live link for the main ballroom sessions only, with video recordings of all main sessions and breakout sessions made available after the event conclusion. Virtual attendees will be emailed a Teams link no later than 06 December 2024. From 13 November until 04 December, there will be a limited window of opportunity for planned virtual attendees to submit questions for panels at the main ballroom sessions.

No online questions will be accepted after 04 December. Submitted questions will be asked at the discretion of event personnel.

Account requests for the JCM TEM 13 Community will be available starting 1200 ET, 23 September 2024. NOTE: The U.S. Army will make every effort to hold this meeting at the dates, times, and locations specified. The U.S. Army holds the right to cancel and/or change session event dates, times, and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to:

inclement weather, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, speaker cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event. The U.S. Army holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. If the U.S. Army must cancel the event, the U.S. Army is not responsible for costs incurred in preparation for the TEM. In the event of predicted inclement weather, a decision will be made by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the prior day. If the event is cancelled, the notice will be posted on this website and an email will be sent to all registered participants.
