Remote Weapons System (RWS)/Fire Control System (FCS) Maturation and Integration for Hard Kill (HK) Active Protection System (APS) Prototype Project

This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Information (RFI) has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for Remote Weapons System (RWS)/Fire Control System (FCS) Maturation and Integration for Hard Kill (HK) Active Protection System (APS) Prototype Project.

The purpose of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) is to spur innovative development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness via modeling, simulation, education/training, experimental validation, and military readiness focused projects.

A consortium has been established to develop prototypes directly relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense (DOD), or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued under the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) OTA in support of the United States Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM). Interested parties are directed to https://www.trexii.org/ to obtain information regarding this Request for Information. Interested parties are required to be members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) in order to respond to the RFI. Interested parties who are not members and interested in becoming members should contact TReXII@ati.org. Only members of the TReX II consortium can respond to the RFI.
