The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of scrap lead acid batteries located at Metro San Diego Navy Bases (San Diego, CA.). This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete and return to the QRP office.
