Navajo Area Purchase of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Units

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, located at 272 HWY 264, Window Rock, AZ 86511, has an upcoming requirement for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units, battery and service packs, and extended warranties. The delivery date will be 60 days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335999- All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00274 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 9/2/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability and delivery/schedule that meets the government requirements as described in the Statement of Work or Specifications, particularly those minimum requirements identified in Scope and Deliverables on the Statement of Work and price.

Quotes will be due on or by 8/14/2025. The acquisition is a 100% Indian-Owned Economic Enterprise (IEE) set-aside.
