Intent to Sole Source: Antenna Site, Detroit, MI

Intent to Sole Source #SS-24-136 Detroit Tower Location Rental Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to ATC MANAGED SITES LLC for a firm-fixed price purchase order for the renewal of a two-way radio antenna rental site in Detroit, MI. The need date for the rental is 01/01/2025.

The period of performance will be for one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. ATC MANAGED SITES LLC has been identified as the only source capable of providing antenna space that meets TIGTA’s requirements, which are as follows:

Two-way signal (repeater) equipment installed on the towers to enhance secure radio communication. The government owned repeater at these tower locations allows clear communication from one tower to another, virtually eliminating shadowing, fading, and dead spots.

Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than August 29, 2024, at 10:00 PM EST. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TIGTA the same antenna space as provided by ATC MANAGED SITES LLC. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.

Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: AR/JMS. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
