The Indian Health Service, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, located at 6 Road 7586 Bloomfield, NM 87413, has an upcoming requirement for demolition and removal of existing equipment, and installation of a new *DRAFT* brand name or equal Vycon Direct Connect (VDC) XXT flywheel with a *DRAFT* brand name or equal Eaton 93PM UPS battery. The Period of Performance is six (6) months from date of Award.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. SS-NAIHS-25SYN-1002 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by March 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include the quoter’s technical approach to meet or exceed the government’s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail.

Quotes will be due on or by April 3, 2025. The acquisition is Full and Open. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
