The Contractor shall provide to the Indian Health Service, at two location, a total of 6 Multifunctional Black and White, Color printer/copier/scan/fax/finisher, supplies and preventive maintenance services for the Desert Vision Youth Wellness Center in Sacaton, Arizona 85147 and for the Nevada Skies Youth Wellness Center in Wadsworth, Nevada 89442. Remove and dispose of existing equipment.
