BIA Sources Sought - Supai Radiologist

The Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) intends to acquire the non-personal professional Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist -CT described herein, located in Supai, Arizona. Contractor is requested to provide non-personal professional Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist-CT Services for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.

The intent of this contract is to establish a method whereby the Supai Health Clinic can minimize disruptions in clinical service because of staff changes and shortages over the next 5 years. Also, even when the best plans are laid to hire and retain staff, our remote location makes this difficult and we can have staff shortages despite trying to hire a full-time employee. Requests for contractor coverage will be based on the consistently changing needs of the clinic.

This notice is intended to identify Native American and Alaska Native owned firms capable and interested in meeting the government's need. All capable parties are welcome to respond. All respondents must return the attached IEE Representation Form upon interest submittal to be considered as an interested party for this requirement.
