Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician Services

This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice DOES NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential offerors. This is not a solicitation for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response.

No presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is conducting a Sources Sought notice to provide Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician Services (Base plus four Option Years) for the Rosebud Indian Health Service, Rosebud, South Dakota. See the attached Performance Work Statement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes is 561320, Temporary Help Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns.

The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code. The written responses to this notice should consist of the following items: Company Name Company Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
