Foster Care Awareness and Recruitment Campaign

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is seeking a contractor to develop a foster family awareness and recruitment campaign in five (5) targeted communities to identify and build relationships with local ethnic community groups.

The contractor will identify and partner with local ethic community groups in each of the targeted communities and host awareness, education, and recruitment events for interested new foster families and bi-lingual/bi-cultural families about becoming foster families for ORR unaccompanied children.

This contract will be responsible for developing a community engaging approach to assist ORR with identifying and recruiting new foster families across five (5) target communities; to include strategies to identify and recruit new foster families that are also bi-lingual and bi-cultural as foster homes for children in ORR custody. This may include, but not limited to, language, culture, and traditions. The target communities include:
