Description: IAW RFO 12.202(b)(1) and Part 5.101(d), this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to AllClear Aerospace & Defense (CAGE 1ZK21) under FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. An offer is being requested by AllClear Aerospace & Defense and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
 

Solicitation number SPRWA1-26-R-0026 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for procurement of SATCOM Antennas and Satellite Data Units (SDU) in support of the C-5 Galaxy.

This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Please see the attached SPRWA1-26-R-0026 for the following:

  1. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure
  2. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired
  3. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point
