This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the F-15E Flat Panel Multipurpose Display (FPMPD), NSN: 1270-01-673-7123FX;

P/N: 114000-39. The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the F-15E FPMPD. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Collins Aerospace (CAGE 84T51). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. The particulars of this definitive contract are as follows:
