This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the C-130H Air Data Computer, NSN: 6610-01-443-8396 LG, PN 9D-81050-1. The Government intends to award a single requirements contract for the acquisition of the C-130H Air Data Computer.

This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Innovative Solutions and Support Inc. (CAGE 0EUW0). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. There will also be a First Article (FA) requirement.
