11 April 2024 Solicitation amended to extend response due date From 15 April To 30 April 2024. 15 March 2024 Solicitation is amended to add Subcontracting Plan requirement. 04 March 2024 Solicitation is amended to revise block 9 on the front page of the solicitation. 01 March 2024 Solicitation is revised to remove the 100% SBSA.

This will be limited competition among currently qualified sources as noted below, with the addition of a single large business, Moog (CAGE: 0ZWK8) This solicitation is to establish a single award contract for the purchase of the C-5 Electro-Mechanical Actuators IAW attached documents.This acquisition shall be a 100% Small Business Set Aside, sources limited to those who possess the data and capability to meet the requirement. The currently qualified small business sources are:

Linear Motion, LLC (CAGE: 0A335) and Thomas Instruments, Inc. (CAGE:5H860) Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-24-R-0005 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for the items and estimated quantities as listed in the attachments. Offerors Shall Respond via email/electronic means. Send all correspondence to roberto.martinez-perez@dla.mil.
