The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Offerors whose proposals exceed $10,000,000.00 are required to submit Certified Cost and Pricing Data in accordance with the requirements under FAR Part 15 and in accordance with the forthcoming solicitation.
