THE FOLLOWING IS INCORPORATED INTO SECTION M OF THIS SOLICITATION: This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a sourcecontrol or selected item drawing as defined by the current version ofDoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturingknowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, norqualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in theintended application.

Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review d disclosesthat required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Offers from an authorized dealer/distributor MUST be accompanied with anauthorized dealer/distributor letter, on the source's letterhead. Email it atthe time the quotation or proposal is submitted. Failing to providethe signedand approved dealer/distributor letter will deem the proposal non-responsive and technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. \
