Daimler Truck North America, LLC. PN: DDE R23519308 must be programmed in order to bring to the configuration for DDE R23532811. CLINs 0011 through 0015 have been updated with narrative to reflect this note. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land Warren solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price five (5) year IDIQ contact for the following item:

FOB: Destination Technical data is not available for this procurement. The Government intends to acquire only new material. REVERSE AUCTION - The solicitation will contain provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. Aft er the solicitation closes, the Contracting Officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system to participate in the auction.

Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be foundathttps://dla.procurexinc.com.
