The Government, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, located in Kittery, Maine has a requirement for torque wrench multipliers in accordance with the attached combined synopsis/solicitation notice. Referenced drawing will be provided with submission of attached security agreement and active DD 2345 NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, AND 252.204-7019 AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER.
