  7. Provide the Name of MANUFACTURE.
  8. Provide the Country of MANUFACTURE.
  9. Provide the part #.
  10. Provide the manufacture’s specification sheets of the quoted item. The copied and pasted one is not accepted.
  11. Provide the redacted quote and email from the manufacturer/distributor for the quote you received.
