SOLICITATION FOR COMMERICAL ITEMS DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, PRESSURE SENSITIVE TAPE, manufactured in accordance with material specifications and to be provided and delivered in accordance with all attached document(s) here within. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments and return the entire completed RFQ solicitation package prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation. Return all pages of the completed original solicitation package. Ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).

In order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 {I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) **Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.
