This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 327910 with a business size standard of 900. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5350. THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE. FOR YOUR BID TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE IT MUST INCLUDE:
