The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside contract to procure: CLIN 0001 BLOCK, MOCK-UP P/N:503-0050-0001 ORDERING DATA 1. MOCK-UP BLOCK 3.5” TK. X 7” X 11” TITANIUM CLAD ON 2205 STAINLESS STEEL. 2. DRILLED, REAMED AND SERRATED WITH (30) 5/8" TUBE HOLES. 3. (30) 5/8” – 22 GA. X 6” LONG TITANIUM TUBES, 4. SB-338 GRADE 2 WELDED, INSTALLED, EXPANDED AND SEAL WELDED.

5. MFR: DC FABRICATORS, INC. P/N:503-0050-0001 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919. DC Fabricators, Inc (Cage Code 65427), is the only acceptable manufacturer. To be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The solicitation number is SPMYM1-25-Q-0037 and it is expected to be posted on or around 24 January 2025. Quotes will be due by 5:00 PM EST on 29 January 2025 and may be emailed to the attention of Ronald Martin at ronald.c.martin@dla.mil. Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM1-23-Q-0037) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues.
