FIXED FREQUENCY CONVERTOR, UFC 90kVA

Pre-Solicitation TITLE: FIXED FREQUENCY CONVERTOR, UFC 90kVA This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a commercial contract which will include a FIXED FREQUENCY CONVERTOR, UFC 90kVA Individual Buy including FSC 1730 to support the Customer. A total of one LSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 1730-LN0035006 will be firm fixed priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a competitive basis.

The proposed contract will be issued to the qualified vendor providing the best value to the government. The proposed contract will be for a total of 360 days period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price effort.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation SPEFA525R0003.
