Notice of Upcoming Ames Facilities Support Services II Draft RFP 80ARC025R0001 and Industry Day Information Update Key Information:

Draft RFP Release: We plan to post a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) in early 2025. The draft will provide interested parties an opportunity to review and ask questions on the proposed requirements and terms.

Virtual Requirement Walk-Through: A virtual walk-through of the DRFP and the AFSS II requirement will be held on April 10th at 9:30 PT. To attend this event please email the CO at anna.m.foreman@nasa.gov. This session will allow interested parties to ask any remaining questions, clarify details, and receive information on the proposal submission process.

Industry Day: Industry Day will be hosted in person on March 26, 2025. Registration is required. See Industry Day Instructions below for more information.

In-Person and Virtual One on Ones: The day after the industry day will be set aside for in-person one on one meetings with interested parties. See One-on-One Instructions below for more information.

Final RFP: The final RFP will be released following the review period for the draft, with a clear timeline for proposals to be submitted. We encourage all 8(a) certified businesses to stay informed and review the draft RFP once posted. This is a valuable opportunity to review and ask questions to ensure a thoughtful proposal is provided. Please review the attachement for important updated information.
