Laboratory Reagent Requirements for Yokosuka, Japan

Dear Valued Suppliers: DLA TROOP SUPPORT INDO-PACIFIC is issuing a solicitation intending to ultimately enter into a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract(s) (“SIDC”) with a commercial firm to supply all laboratory reagent requirements for the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness & Training Command (NMRTC) Laboratory Department Yokosuka for use in government owned equipment.

These reagents are critical supply items that enable the department to perform essential analysis for the purposes of physician diagnosis, treatment, and care of active duty, family members and other eligible beneficiaries assigned to U.S. Forces Japan. All supplies (or equivalents/comparable substitute) required are listed on Schedule of Items for NMRTC Yokosuka, according to the delivery schedule included on Schedule of Items.

If interested, we strongly encourage submitting all completed documents required (i.e. signed copy of SF1449 cover letter, prices for all items for both the basic period and option one period, required certificates, etc.).
