This unrestricted acquisition is for a firm fixed-priced quotation. The acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.5, “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items” and therefore will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation, and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.1 for the anticipated, and award procurement of NSN 8150-01-463-8553, ISO 20’ ISO Shipping Container, Doors on one end.

Mailed offers, e-mailed offers, hand-carried offers and facsimile offers are NOT authorized for receipt of initial proposals.

However, in the event of solicitation amendments, clarifications and/or negotiations, revisions to the initial proposal are hereby authorized via email responses to anna.lake@dla.mil and/or nazlah.nash-mitchell@dla.mil. A solicitation will not be emailed to interested parties. All interested parties must access SPE8ED-25-Q-0963 via DIBBS. If the offeror is unable to timely upload its proposal in DIBBS, this will not constitute an acceptable excuse to submit a late offer.
