DELIVERY NOTICE REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide the delivery location POC’s with an estimated delivery schedule 30 days before delivery of any containers. Call the Delivery POC at least 24 hours prior to shipment to confirm delivery instructions.

Mailed offers, e-mailed offers, hand-carried offers and facsimile offers are NOT authorized for receipt of initial proposals.

However, in the event of solicitation amendments, clarifications and/or negotiations, revisions to the initial proposal are hereby authorized via email responses to anna.lake@dla.mil and/or nazlah.nash-mitchell@dla.mil.
