9/24/2024 - RFP has been posted. The redacted J&A for this procurement is attached to this notice. The RFP closes October 25, 2024. An Unrestricted Solicitation will be issued with intent to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base term and four (4) one-year options for the purchase and delivery of the Fan, Vaneaxial NSN 4140-01-413-2162. The annual estimated quantity is 31 each. Option pricing is to be priced out in the initial proposal. FAR Part 15 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition.

All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER September 5, 2024. Copies of the RFQ/Solicitation can be obtained by accessing: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the top menu bar.
