The Northeast Zone 2 was awarded to Noble for a maximum $1,940,200,000.00 firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations requirements in the Zone 2 of the Northeast Region. The Northeast Region, Zone 2 contract resulted from a full and open, competitive acquisition and four offers were received. The Northeast Region Zone 2 is a two-year base contract with four, two-year option periods.

Locations of performance are the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont, with a January 14, 2035, ordering period end date (inclusive of options). The scope of Northeast Zone 2 contract include, but is not limited to:

heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing supplies, electrical products, tools of various kinds, chemical, lubricating and rubber products, construction supplies, Pre-fabricated structures, perimeter security items, communication devices, appliances, janitorial and sanitation products, various other commercial supplies and incidental commercial, facilities maintenance services. Awarded prices are Firm-Fixed prices for the two-year base and for the four, two-year option periods. All items are commercial and identified by a manufacturer's part number and/or commercial item description.
