This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 1240. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% total small business set aside and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. NSN 1240-01-584-6306 Approved source: CAGE 0FL29, Trijicon, Inc. & P/N RM05-53. The requirement quantity is 687 EA, with quantity price break ranges up to 900 EA. The delivery time is 180 days.
