The NAICS Code is 335312, Moto and Generator Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1,250. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5990. This procurement will be solicited as Full and Open, and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation.

5990-00-018-9723 Drawing Number: IAW BASIC NON GOVT STD SAE AS20708/20B REVISION NR B DTD 07/01/2016 PART PIECE NUMBER: M20708/20-01C. The requirement quantity is 103 EA, (Quantity Price Breaks requested up to 150 EA). The delivery time is 400 days.

FOB point is Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin Delivery location: Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA 17070 The proposed solicitation number is SPE7M5-26-R-0017 and will be available on the DLA DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 15May2026.
