TYPE C. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE FITTINGS THAT MEET THE 150 PSI REQMT AND THE TEST PRESSURE OF 225 LISTED IN TABLE V PER PARA. 3.3.5 OF MIL-PRF-370. DISREGARD PARA. 3.3.5.1. FITTINGS ARE TO BE DIM. SIMILAR TO A-A-59326 CLASS 1. BUT SHALL BE RATED AT 150 PSI COLOR TO BE TAN 686, #33446.

Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.

However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Item coded with a one each Contractor First Article Test (FAT). The contractor will supply 3 units to be tested. The Contractor has 60 days to submit to the units to the Government. The Government will have 30 days to review the testing report. Approved FAT samples will be retained by the Contractor as production samples.
