NOTE: SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR PART 13.5 SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ACQUISITIONS. DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation # SPE7LX25RX036 under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Acquisitions. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). The firm-fixed price five-year LTC will be structured with a 3-year Base and 2 one-year Option periods.

The acquisition will include one National Stock Number (NSN) item, 6110-01-127-6491, and is being pursued to provide continued or improved supply availability. This procurement will be solicited under unrestricted, full and open competition. The solicitation will reflect Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, F.O.B. at Origin. The item requires Contractor First Article Testing and additional requirements to be set forth in the solicitation. The solicitation will be for the procurement of the below NSN:

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and offered delivery and potentially other factors.
