AMENDMENT 0003 - SPE607-23-R-0201 1.2 CENTCOM OVERSEAS

This Amendment 0003 revises the Solicitation as follows:

1. The Statement of Work for Bagdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC) is removed.

2. This Solicitation has been reopened to include only 12 locations under Into-plane 1.2C CENTCOM, Solicitation SPE607-23-R- 0201 (see Schedule). The closing date for receipt of offers is September 5, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. Ft. Belvoir, Virginia Time.

NOTE: Offers are advised that location BDSC and Erbil are under Solicitation SPE607-24-R-0202. Locations are listed in the updated Schedule in Section B, which is attached to this Amendment 0003. An “Updated 1.2C Solicitation Provisions Clauses” is also attached to this Amendment 0003. The updated Schedule and Updated 1.2C Solicitation Provisions Clauses replace the prior versions of those documents.

3. Offerors are required to submit a NEW Offeror’s Submission Package (OSP) under the re-opening of this solicitation. Any previously received offer is no longer valid and will not be used. Offerors are required to review the attached (updated) Offer Submission Package (OSP) and (updated) solicitation prior to submitting an offer. Offers must be submitted using the attached Offer Submission Package, which replaces the prior versions of the Offer Submission Package and Offer Price Breakdown Sheet (Overseas Version).
