DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel support for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in (COG 7): California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. The products procured consist of:

IN RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number, 2. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. 3. What types of fuel products are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? 4. Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs?

If so, please state what programs(s). 5. Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? 6. Have your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above?
