Whittier, ALASKA Environmental Remediation Services

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about March 8, 2024, to perform environmental remediation services at Whittier, AK. The requirements for Whittier, AK include the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the remediation system. Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

A Sources Sought Notice was previously published on SAM.gov under SPE603-24-R-5X01 on October 5, 2023. The period of performance is a four-year base period from September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2028, and a six month extension provision from September 11, 2028, through March 9, 2029. The Government anticipates awarding one firm fixed-priced contract. This procurement will be a Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562910 size standards.
