DLA Aviation should currently have an approved technical data package for this item. This procurement is suitable for a fully competitive acquisition. The estimated annual quantity is 254 units. This item is subject to Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN.

Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery is 207 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). This solicitation includes Procurement Note provision L09, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.

Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighed. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
