Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0046. Procurement of One (1) COMBINATION MAGNETIC AND FABRIC FILTER in accordance with Purchase Request 26-65-1099 Dated March 26, 2026. The contractor shall provide Components Parts following:

Coolant Filtration Unit, Media Forward - Inlet Diffuser, Shipping and Automag 300 Magnetic. Place Of Performance DLA IPE Services Division Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation is Full and Open Competition. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Destination and Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be completed within 30 days after receipt of award.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is July 8, 2026.
