22-25-1009 two(2) Fives Giddings & Lewis PT 1500 Plain Table CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM) with Integrated Contouring Heads (ICH)

This is an Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open solicitation intended to result in a firm-fixed price contract. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The basis of the award will be dictated by the conformance of the Instructions provided to Offerors and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process.

The government reserves the right not to make an award if the results from the Request for Quote (RFQ) are determined not to be in the best interest of the government.

The Procurement is for Two (2) Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Horizontal Boring Mills –Fives Model PT 1500 – Plain Table Horizontal Boring Mill with Integrated Contouring Head (ICH) in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 22-25-1009, Dated March 26, 2025. (All Items Shall Be In New Condition And Surplus Items Are Not Acceptable – Not A Prototype - None NSN Item(s).

Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
