Export Control drawings do not apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described will not be furnished by the Government. Request is for a written proposal. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
