THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY Lord CORP. (CAGE 76005) UNDER PART NUMBER LM211-84.  THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION). 

THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS.  THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 80 EACH.  DELIVERY WILL BE 330 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER.  INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL TAKE PLACE AT DESTINATION.  FOB IS AT ORIGIN.
