THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS.  THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANITTY IS 73 EA; THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 13 EA; THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 73 EA. THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE 120 DAYS.  INSPECTION AND ACCPETANCE WILL BE AT ORIGIN, FOB IS AT DESTINATION.  THIS IS A DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT.  THIS ITEM IS NOT CRITICAL SAFETY; IT IS A LIFE SUPPORT.  THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.  CERTIFIED COST AND PRICING DATA IS NOT REQUIRED FOR PROCUREMENTS UNDER $2.5 MILLION.
