Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The required delivery is 30 days ARO for FAT Report and 144 days after FAT approval for production units. Critical Application Item. NAICS is 332999. This is a Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from Women-Owned Small Business concerns will be considered.

FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the 5-year base period will be 11,803 each.
