The solicitation will be in accordance with: Semco (CAGE 24735) Vermillon Incorporated (CAGE 25715) Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 65600-02771-0141 This acquisition is unrestricted. FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Production Delivery is 30 days ARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity for the 5-year base period: 8 each.
