The solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000195004 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) as a total small business set-aside with NAICS 334419. NSN: 6150-01-513-3347, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; 40A - HELICOPTER, UH-60A; Critical Application Item; Source Control; Higher Level Contract Quality; Export Control applies.

Approved Sources: 1B – SEMCO INSTRUMENTS INC. (09526) P/N AA4140; VERMILLION INCORPORATED (25714) P/N 70600-85828-106, VE244-106; DCX-CHOL ENTERPRISES, INC. (27456) P/N 70600-85828-106. Required delivery: 236 Days Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD): 720 each The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 5-year base period without an option period.

FOB Destination and Origin Inspection/Acceptance for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 06 May 2025. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download.
