This is not a Solicitation. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a Long-Term Contract which will include NSN 5310-01-233-8626, NUT, SELF-LOCKING, RO– 23N/ SHIP, OHIO CLASS SSN (TRIDENT) in accordance with the following:

IAW the Basic Drawing: NR 19200 9390026 REVISION NR D DTD 11/15/2011 PART PIECE NUMBER: 9390026 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance is five (5) years to include a one (1)-year base period and four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The requirement will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered.

The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Source covering DLA Direct requirements only. This is a 1/G item. Estimated annual demand quantity is 16415/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement may or may not apply. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Higher-Level Quality, Export Control, and Certificate of Conformance requirement applies. Required delivery is 285 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
