Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for a total quantity of 1,213 each.

The required delivery is 915 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA for CLIN 0001, 90 DAYS ARO for CLIN 0002 – Contractor First Article Test and 765 DAYS ARO for CLIN 0003 – Government Production Lot Test. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a Army Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
