WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY,

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Wire Rope Assembly. The NSN and quantity are as follows:

NSN 4010-017015383 with a quantity of 10,000 EACH. The total delivery schedule is 130 days ARO, FOB: Origin.

And Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 9, 2024, in accordance with 19.502.2-HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a small business manufacturer’s product will be considered.

The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the PID, IAW 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications (AUG 2000). IAW Basic Drawing NR 5B5M3 11B5091815 Revision NR B DTD 10/05/2023 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.

However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in this synopsis.
