Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for 175 EACH. The required delivery of the production units is 226 days after FAT/PLT delivery schedule to Cherry Point, NC . This is an Unrestricted Acquisition.

FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a Critical Application Item, First Article Test, Production Lot Test, Export Control and has Higher Level Quality Requirements. Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
