This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for 141 EACH. The required delivery is 200 days ARO to Corpus Christi, TX (line 0001). This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies.

There is a FAT requirement associated with this Solicitation. This is a Critical Safety Item. Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
